What to Expect

All courses consist of a unique blend of mindfulness based techniques and practices that have been passed down from ancient times, coupled with the influential interventions of the original Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program(MBSR, 1979) founded by Jon-Kabat-Zinn, the methods proposed in the Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy program (MBCT, 1995) up to and supported by the inclusion of modern day mindfulness research.

Courses are also infused with key elements from Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and contemporary neuroscience that will enrich and consolidate your understating of the mind, lessening your habitual negative thoughts which in turn will facilitate deeper levels of mindfulness practice, improving your overall health, well being and connectivity to life itself.
